PUTRAJAYA, July 18 (Bernama) -- VentureTECH Sdn Bhd has invested RM10 million toaccelerate the development of SS Rover Sdn Bhd’s teleoperated system and integrateddigital twin fleet system.
VentureTECH chief executive officer Ahmad Redzuan Sidek said the investmentwould not only bolster SS Rover’s technological capabilities and expand its marketpresence but also catalyse advancements across the entire industry.
“We are thrilled to support SS Rover’s visionary approach to revolutionising underwateroperations. Their expertise and innovative solutions align with our mission to fostertechnological innovation and empower high-potential Bumiputera companies in thetechnology sector.
“SS Rover’s advanced underwater robotic solutions will have a profound impact on theoffshore oil and gas, energy, telecommunication, and utilities industries, and we are eagerto embark on this journey of growth together,” he said in a statement today.
Ahmad Redzuan said this partnership underscores VentureTECH’s confidence in SSRover’s potential to lead the future of underwater robotic solutions and nurture local talentthrough high-income job creation.

Meanwhile, SS Rover founder and managing director Syamsul Nizam Azmee said withVentureTECH’s support, the company is well-positioned to establish leadership inunderwater remotely operated vehicles (ROVs) and pioneer significant advancements inthe industry.
